Postage
We are based in the U.K. and all orders will be posted from Brighton. We aim to post the next day (provided the post office is open). However, occasionally real life can interrupt this.
Please message if you are short on time and want your order posted as soon as possible and I can let you know what is possible.
UK POSTAGE
All packages are posted with Royal Mail. At checkout you can choose between 24 hour tracked for £4 or 48 hour tracked for £3. No signature required.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
All orders are postage with the national U.K. national postal service, Royal Mail. I will send everything tracked and once I have posted your item I will send you a tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking page. When your package arrives in your country you will be able to use this tracking number with your countries national postal service on their website. If your package hasn't arrived yet check on the Royal Mail and your own counties tracking web pages. If the package has arrived in your country you can call your postal service with the tracking number and ask it's progress.
Additional insurance
If you have bought a lot of jewellery and want to add additional insurance to the package please contact me and I can enquire how much extra this will cost.
