Returns Policy
Ordering jewellery online can be challenging. We understand that and if you are not happy with your purchase please feel free to ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. The jewellery must be returned unworn, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number with the item and your choice of refund or exchange.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item a full refund will be issued as long as all requests are met minus the shipping charges. We strongly recommend shipping back your returns in a trackable package.
Eligible returns will be refunded within 2-3 days of receiving to the original payment method used minus the shipping costs.
Customised jewellery items that involve stamping personal words/expressions/names cannot be returned or exchanged.



Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item or a store credit please just let us know your preference and we will guide you as to how we will do this. A store credit will be issued to you once your return is received and processed. The store credit will not expire and can be used at your convenience. We are not responsible for any of the shipping costs involved in the exchange process.
